Alana Iaboni, Ph.D.

Alana is currently working as the POND (Province of Ontario Neurodevelopmental Network) Project Manager with the Autism Research Centre at Holland Bloorview. This study investigates the neurobiology of Autism and associated neurodevelopmental disorders (such as ADHD, OCD, and intellectual disability) and aims to translate these findings into better-targeted treatments.

Prior to her role as POND Project Manager, Alana was a Research Coordinator for various studies in the ARC including Clinical Trials (lead by Dr. Anagnostou) and the Infant Sibling Study (lead by Dr. Brian).

Before joining the ARC, Alana completed her PhD in Social and Developmental Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University. She is very enthusiastic and excited to be a part of the wonderful team of people at Holland Bloorview who strive to help individuals with ASD.
