Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor course

In the Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor course candidates will learn to teach and evaluate basic swim strokes and will acquire proven teaching methods including a variety of stroke development drills and correction techniques. Swim Instructors are certified to teach and evaluate all levels of the Lifesaving Swim program: Parent & Tot, Preschool, Swimmer, and Adult Swimmer.

Prerequisites

16 years of age and Bronze Cross

When: Monday to Thursday (August 26 to August 29) 
Time:  9:30a.m. to 3:30p.m. each day 
Cost: $285.00 + HST

Registration Opens:  Monday, May 6, 2024 at 4:00pm 

100% attendance and active participation is required for the course. Registration fees are inclusive (registration fees, examination fees and literature).
