Andrew Escobar

Andrew is the founder of In Good Company, a startup that enables AI agents and workflows to securely and responsibly complete tasks on personal devices. He previously led Canadian open banking at MX Technologies, bringing together market strategy, technical standards, and evolving financial-sector regulation.

Andrew brings 15 years of board experience to Holland Bloorview. He served on the board (2011–2023) of the Canadian Internet Registration Authority, which operates critical internet infrastructure and .CA domain names. As audit, finance and risk chair and later vice chair, he implemented strategic risk oversight and balanced commercial growth with mission impact. He has served on several other boards and committees, including the stakeholders committee (2019–2021) of Casey House, a specialty hospital for people living with and at risk of HIV.

Andrew holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
