Emergency First Aid with CPR-B Course

Emergency First Aid is for people who want a general knowledge of first aide principles and the emergency treatment of injuries. Skills include victim assessment, CPR, chocking and what to do for external bleeding, heart attack, stroke, wounds and burns. Includes CPR-B certification. Recognized by Ontario's Workplace Safety & Insurance Board. 
The first aid program is not restricted to aquatic candidates. You can use the lifesaving Society's first aid awards to train non-aquatic staff (camp, playground, maintenance, etc.) and the public.

Course Date: Monday July 5 and Tuesday July 6 from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
                       
Cost: $90.00 +HST

Thursday June 24 at 7:00 a.m.
Please note: Leadership courses with less than 8 participants will be cancelled

100% attendance and active participation is required for the course. Registration fees are inclusive (registration fees, examination fees, and literature). Holland Bloorview Pool has set a minimum age at 10 years of age.
