Emily Lam, BASc

MSc Student at the PEARL Lab

Emily is a Masters student at the University of Toronto, and works in the PEARL Lab at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital. She is co-supervised by Dr. Shannon Scratch in the NOvEL Lab, also at Holland Bloorview. Emily completed her undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Waterloo, with a minor in psychology. 

She started her Masters in September 2019 and is working on using wearable sensors to assess mental workload in youth athletes recovering from concussion. She is interested in the application of wearable sensors in rehabilitation and clinical environments.
