We want input from clinicians, service providers and trainees as we evaluate evidence-based toolkits that aims to help clinicians’ gender-sensitive approaches within the context of employment.

Are you a clinician, service provider or trainee who has experience in helping youth with disabilities find employment?
Consider participating in a study about evaluating an evidence-based toolkit that was co-created with clinicians on gender-sensitive care within the context of vocational rehabilitation.
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- Clinicians, service providers, trainees (e.g., occupational therapist, job coach, vocational counsellor) who has relevant experience in helping youth with disabilities to find and maintain employment.
- Willingness to be audio recorded
CIHR-SSHRC Partnership Grant
Participants will be asked to take part in:
- A phone or videoconference interview (approx. 1-hour) and/or
- A survey (approx. 20 minutes)
Participants will receive a small token of appreciation.
