We want employers’ input in developing an evidence-based toolkit to help employers to engage in disability disclosure discussions with their employees, helping to enhance disability confidence and sensitivity.

Are you an employer or human resource personnel who regularly hires people with disabilities? Consider participating in a study about developing an toolkit to enhance disability confidence for employers and workplace inclusion.

Who can participate

  • An employer or human resources manager with experience in hiring youth with disabilities

What's Involved

Participants will be asked to take part in:

  • Two 2-hour simulation development sessions, including a de-brief reflection

  • Keep a journal of your experiences before and after each simulation development session

  • 1 interview (approx. 1 hour) over the phone or in-person (optional)
