Our 0 - 5 years program
Our program serves children from 0 to 5 years old who are identified as having an established risk of developmental delay and disabilities, including physical, neurological and prematurity. We serve children and families in the Toronto region.
Infant consultants and therapists provide a home-based, integrated approach to infant development and family-centred intervention that is:
- parent-led
- responsive to parent strengths, competencies and priorities
- includes:
- developmental programming support
- parent education
- play strategies
- community information and links
