Evaluation of a toolkit on workplace disability disclosure discussions for youth
Summary
We want youth’s input in evaluating an evidence-based toolkit to help youth with disabilities to learn about how and when to disclose their condition to potential employers.

Are you a youth or young adult with a disability who is currently employed or looking for work? Consider participating in a study about evaluating an evidence-based toolkit to enhance disability disclosure discussions with potential employers.
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- Youth with a disability, aged 15-29
- Able to read/write in English
- Are currently employed, enrolled in training, or seeking employment
Funding agency
CIHR-SSHRC Partnership Grant
What's involved
Participants will be asked to take part in:
- A 2 hour focus group and/or
- Completing a survey before and after viewing the tool
Participants will receive a small token of appreciation: a $40 gift card for participating in a focus group and $40 for completing the surveys
