Enhancing healthy and productive work for young men and women with disabilities (Youth)
Summary
We want to understand your experiences looking for work or being employed. Specifically, we want to understand your experiences with coping in a competitive work environment. In addition, we want to learn about disability disclosure and how youth with disabilities ask for accommodations in the workplace.

Are you a youth or young adult with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)? Consider participating as part of a larger study about youth with disabilities’ experiences in looking for work or being employed.
Who can participate
We are looking for:
- Youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), aged 15-30
- Able to speak in English
- Currently employed or have work experience

What's involved
Participants will be asked to take part in:
- 1 interview (approx. 1 hour) over the phone or over Zoom video communications
