The Quality, Safety and Performance Team is responsible for evolving our culture of client and family centred quality and safety in order to provide safe, effective, efficient and high-quality care that helps our clients and families achieve their goals.Our team is also responsible for performance, risk management, privacy, access, infection prevention and control, and supporting system-leading projects that improve health care overall.

Our team regularly co-creates quality improvements with clients and families to ensure the initiatives are meaningful and improve the quality of care for everyone we serve.
