Jocelyn Healey joined the Catalyst Council in 2018. She brings public sector experience leading strategic, digital initiatives and extensive user experience research projects. Her expertise in healthcare and the digital landscape brings a unique perspective to all work she is engaged in. Currently, Ms. Healey is the Communications Associate at the Change Foundation leading digital initiatives and providing strategic communications support to all of the Foundation’s communications activities. In previous roles, Ms. Healey was the Senior Program Analyst at Health Quality Ontario and the Digital Communications Officer at the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer leading user experience initiatives and digital transformation strategies for both respective organizations.Ms. Healey holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Sociology and a Certificate in Professional Communications from the University of Western. Most recently, she is working to receive her designation as a certified Project Management Professional.
